Active in the financial industry since 2014 and co-founder of Gestalt in 2018, Marc-Antoine plays a key role at the firm, both as an advisor and as the person in charge of business development and marketing. He works in individual insurance, mutual funds, annuities and group insurance, which lets him offer an integrated view of financial planning.

He helps professionals, families and entrepreneurs put complete strategies in place: income protection, retirement planning, tax optimization and employee benefits. Convinced that planning must first serve life goals, he favours a structured approach built on education and collaboration.

A fan of travel and sports (hockey and football in particular), Marc-Antoine believes in pushing one's limits and in the importance of perseverance, in personal life as much as in financial management.

Guided from a young age by his father's advice on saving, Sébastien developed an early interest in financial planning and budget discipline. Now sales director and advisor at Gestalt Financial Group, he puts that passion to work for the clients he serves.

Sébastien specializes in helping families and entrepreneurs structure their finances, optimize their investments and protect their wealth. He stands out for his ability to make financial concepts clear and concrete, so that every client can make informed decisions.

Outside work, he is passionate about performance cars and the outdoors. Curious and driven by challenges, he brings that energy to his advisory approach, always focused on continuous improvement.

After starting his career in the kitchen and in management, Jean-François turned to financial advice when he joined Gestalt in 2018. The transition let him combine his rigour, organizational skills and keen interest in economics with a practice centred on people.

A graduate in economics from Université de Moncton and in business administration from UQO, he is currently pursuing studies in financial planning at TELUQ. He firmly believes that individual success comes from collective strength, and relies on teamwork to deliver high-level support to his clients.

A father of three boys, he is actively involved in minor hockey. Passionate about travel and about physical and mental challenges, Jean-François applies the same values of discipline, respect and perseverance to his personal life and to the financial guidance of the families he advises.

A seasoned partner at Gestalt Financial Group, Michel has been supporting families and entrepreneurs in financial services for 40 years. He draws on deep experience in estate planning and tax optimization to protect his clients' wealth and ease a smooth transfer between generations.

His approach is simple: listen, understand, and propose concrete strategies suited to each person's reality. The loyalty of his clients, many of whom have become friends, is for him the greatest mark of trust. What motivates him every day is seeing his clients' financial goals come true.

Away from the office, Michel splits his time between golf and good conversations over a glass of wine with the people who have marked his career and his life.

With more than 15 years of experience in the family business, Sarah has built solid expertise in management, organization and customer service. Guided by deeply human values, she favours collaboration, mutual support and transparency in everything she does.

As operations manager at Gestalt Financial Group, she looks after the structure, efficiency and continuous improvement of internal processes. Her role is to equip the team so it can deliver a smooth, consistent client experience that lives up to the firm's standards.

A lover of nature, music and sporting challenges, Sarah likes to push her limits and explore new horizons. That curiosity and determination show in her personal and professional life alike, making her a committed leader who brings the team together.

At the heart of the Gestalt experience, Inès is often the first point of contact for clients. With several years of transactional experience and licences in life and health insurance and in mutual funds, she keeps administrative follow-ups flowing and ensures quality service every day.

Her role is to support the advisors in carrying out the strategies put in place, while making sure client requests are handled accurately and promptly. Her adaptability and attention to detail contribute directly to the quality of the Gestalt experience.

Originally from Rwanda and in Canada since 2018, Inès has built a balance between her professional life and her passions for reading and music. Her human sensitivity and professionalism come through in every interaction.
