Something we often hear in a first meeting

"
I followed the default advice, but nobody ever gave me a real plan.

You incorporated because it was recommended to you. You contribute to your RRSP because that's what everyone does. You have insurance because a salesperson sold it to you eight years ago. None of this is bad—but none of it was planned together, with you in mind.

Default advice
"
I have neither the time nor the inclination to learn about corporate taxation.

You're excellent at what you do. Your days are full. Understanding CDCs, IMRTDs, $50,000 passive income, and splitting strategies isn't what excites you—and it shouldn't have to be. What you want is someone you trust to delegate this workload to.

I earn a good living, but I don't feel like I'm rich.

Income is high, and so are expenses. Mortgage, children, a lifestyle that matches professional status. And despite all that, the real question—at what age can I stop working without compromising my career?—has never received a clear answer.

Income vs. wealth

My retirement plan is to continue working.

Without an employer pension plan, your company is your pension fund. But no one has shown you how to structure it so that it pays you a comfortable retirement of 25-30 years — and what happens to any surplus, if there is one left.

Unplanned retirement

A strategy designed for busy professionals

You delegate because you don't have the time, not because you're not intelligent. We work accordingly: clear decisions, documented recommendations, coordinated execution.

Optimization of the corporate structure

Analysis of your professional company and, if necessary, creation of a management company or a family trust to multiply tax levers: income splitting (within the limits of the RIR rules), passive income management, corporate investments, intergenerational accumulation.

Compensation and Disbursement Strategy

How much do you pay in salary, how much in dividends, how much do you leave in the company, how much do you invest? investments personal — every dollar is positioned to minimize the total tax over your lifetime, not just the current year.

Retirement of incorporated professional

Your company becomes a retirement machine. Structured corporate investments for the long term, RIP when appropriate, withdrawal strategy coordinated with your QPP and personal investments (RRSP, TFSA), and a tax strategy for the assets that will remain in the company upon your death.

Income and family protection

Disability is your greatest financial risk—far more so than death. We review your coverage (individual disability, business overheads, critical illness, life insurance) within the context of your company, not as isolated products. For professionals with group plans (AMQ, ACDQ, etc.), we integrate these coverages into the overall strategy.

Coordinated investments: corporate, personal, family

Corporate portfolio, RRSP, TFSAFHSA, RESP, unregistered : conceived as a single ecosystem. Each type of account is used for what it does best, with a clear view of the disbursement over 30-40 years.

How we work together

1

Introductory meeting — free of charge, no obligation

We respect your time. A structured meeting that already gives you clarity, even if you decide not to go any further.

2

Integrated Financial Portrait

We analyze your company, your insurance policies, your investments, and your tax planning as a system. We identify what's missing, what's redundant, and what could be used much more effectively.

3

Strategic plan in plain language

Specific, prioritized, and explained recommendations. You can make informed decisions without having to become a corporate tax expert.

4

Coordination with your other professionals

We work directly with your accountant and, if necessary, your tax advisor, lawyer, and notary. You no longer have to juggle multiple departments.

5

Annual review and continuous monitoring

One formal meeting per year, with points of contact during the year at major events — purchase of clinic, association, arrival of a child, acquisition of practice.

Answers for professionals

I already work with an advisor. Why change?

The majority of our new business clients were already working with an advisor. What they were looking for wasn't better returns—they were looking for an integrated vision. A single strategist who sees corporate, personal, protection, retirement, and family as a whole.

My accountant already handles the taxes. What additional services do you offer?

A good accountant does an exceptional job on compliance and annual optimization. But long-term strategy—how to compensate you over 20 years, when to retire, how to withdraw your assets in the right order, what to do with any surplus in your company—that's not their role. That's ours, and we work hand in hand with them.

Do you work with unincorporated professionals?

Yes. Incorporation is a powerful tool, but not for everyone. In some cases (lower income, significant personal needs, particular family situation), remaining unincorporated is the right decision. We are conducting this analysis honestly and without bias.

I'm already contributing the maximum to my RRSP and TFSA. Am I optimizing my contributions?

Probably not. Maximizing your registered accounts is a good foundation, but for an incorporated professional, the most powerful strategies are played out within the company: passive income management, corporate investments, income splitting, CDCs, and management structures. That's where we deliver the most value.

How much time should I dedicate to this process?

Approximately 6-8 hours in the first year (initial consultation, financial assessment, plan presentation, implementation). After that, 2-3 hours per year for the annual review. We optimize both your time and your tax situation.

Your profession deserves a strategy that matches its stature.
